In 2022, four firm attorneys were recognized as Super Lawyers. Joni Thome were recognized in the Employment Litigation: Plaintiff practice area, while Shawn Wanta and Scott Moriarity were recognized in the Class Action practice area. Super Lawyers is a research-driven, peer influenced rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievements. Only 5% of practicing attorneys are awarded this distinction each year. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers magazines and locally in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business.

Joni was also listed in Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers, and in Top 50 Minnesota Women Super Lawyers. The Top 100 and Top 50 Women distinctions are given to attorneys receiving the highest point totals in the Super Lawyers selection process.
